His dedication to overseeing operations and keeping our business on track is unparalleled. Rudolf began his journey in July 2017 as a plant manager at Deltrian Slovakia, where he demonstrated his leadership skills and expertise in managing operations. He then progressed to the role of general manager for both Deltrian Slovakia and Deltrian Lithuania from September 2019 to October 2021, overseeing multiple departments and driving growth. As his career advanced, Rudolf served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) from October 2021 to December 2022, contributing to the strategic decision-making and operational excellence of the company. Since January 1st, 2023, Rudolf has assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
