Flow control damper for installation in air handling units and rectangular air ducts for the rail sector. Validated to meet the high requirements of reliability and safety in the railway sector.

  • Standard construction in unfinished aluminium with the option of different surface treatments or coatings to protect against environmental corrosion.
  • Universal actuator motor mounting system, any actuator model can be installed on a single support. Axial and frontal transmission options.

General Characteristics

Frame and blades in extruded aluminium sections EN AW6060 T6.
Transmission system (gears) with no backlash, offering greater reliability and better control of regulation.
Gears completely hidden in the aluminium profile, with no exposed plastic parts, providing greater protection against dust, impact and fire. Made from PA6+FV (glass-fibre reinforced polyamide), classified V0 according to UL94.
TPE-V seals on slats and frame, classified V0 to UL94.
8x8mm square aluminium shaft.
Recommended operating temperature: -40°C +135°C.
