REVERSE - HSP500

Application

Water Repellent filter perfect for pre-filtration and coarse filtration to protect high-efficiency filters.

Application areas

  • 100% synthetic – moisture is removed immediately
  • Effective coalescence of water droplets: the progressive hydrophobic composition of the media acts as a reliable coalescer for water droplets and high humidity. This feature allows droplets to agglomerate and flow from the vertical pockets, significantly reducing the ingress of salt and hydrocarbons.
  • Superior dust management: dust is not stored as easily as in a traditional bag filter. The HSP500 uses an integrated self-supporting plastic cage system to optimise performance. Drainage water removes dust captured on the filter media.
  • Maximised functional reliability: this is due to the watertight welded edge configuration of the filter pockets, sealed with foam in a PUR front frame, as well as the stable construction of the filter element as a whole.
  • Versatile 2-in-1 filtration system solutions: based on the unique modular attachment system, this design allows close coupling with the intermediate or final filter without any structural modifications.
