Signing this charter means :

• Adhering to the requirements of the Group’s Code of Ethics.
• Being able to provide the Group with all certificates of professional competence and guarantees of compliance with current legislation.
• Establishing a partnership of trust with the Group.

The signatory acknowledges:

• At a societal level
  • Prohibit the employment of children under the age defined by the law of the supplier’s country.
  • Respect the health and safety conditions defined by the laws of the supplier’s country.
  • To comply with current legal standards on minimum wages.
  • Avoid conflicts of interest.
  • Comply with import and export laws.
  • Establish a personal data processing policy.

• In the fight against corruption
  • Not practising any form of corruption, including extortion, facilitation payments or bribes.

• In social terms
  • Respect the basic rights of workers and employees in accordance with the International Labour Organisation Convention.
  • Respect legal and professional standards on minimum wages.
  • Not to impose any forced labour (wages not paid to the employee, illegal work, workers in an irregular situation with regard to the legislation in force).
  • Not to discriminate on the grounds of sex, ethnicity, religion, disability, trade union membership or political commitment.
  • Ensure freedom of association and its exercise in accordance with the legal provisions in force within the company.
  • Prevent, denounce and punish any form of physical or moral harassment.

• In environmental terms
  • To comply with the environmental regulations of its country and its sector of activity.
  • Develop good practices in each of the company’s structures to save energy, water and sort waste.
  • Respect our environmental conditions and best practices when working on our infrastructures.
  • The supplier undertakes to take initiatives in favour of more responsible environmental practices.

With regard to this document:

When changing suppliers, subcontractors or contractors, please ensure that they are aware of this document and its requirements.
Authorise the Deltrian International group to carry out checks on compliance with the requirements of this charter. In the event of non-compliance with this charter, undertake to implement corrective actions and provide proof of their effectiveness.
The supplier or service provider acknowledges having read this charter and undertakes to comply with its various clauses.
